My Fondest Memories

Kandy was mentioned as an unforgettable trip I went on. Many experiences in my life through this journey.so, It was a very funny trip. During this journey we were able to gather a lot of knowledge about historical kings and natural environment. In addition,

Seeing the elephant king reigning in the kingdom of Kandy, we were able to build great pride as well as sadness in our hearts. His statue is housed in the Kandy Museum in memory of the elephant king who carried the coffin of the Sacred Tooth Relic in Kandy even after his death.

 This kingdom of Kandy which has historical events from ancient times is made up of many ruins. Through stone pillars and related carvings, Kandy was able to build a unique identity.

 The moonstone in the kingdom of Kandy, which is unique to Sri Lanka, can be named as a world famous work of art. The presentation of this moonstone in a different way from the kingdoms of Anuradhapura and Polonnaruwa has influenced the identity of the artist to this era.
As shown in this picture, the created on Buddha statues and the creation of Buddha images using the traditions of foreign countries beyond the traditional art traditions can be seen here. Discussing the above, we see that the kingdom of Kandy is a haven of high quality works of art as well as knowledge.
